General Rules

Registration:

Your account name must be the name of your character. So if your account name is Mr. Happy, that must be the name of your character, as simple as that. Of course, you can use your characters nicknames and such. The only other exception is if you wish to be known by your real-life name, such as Greg or Selena. But this does not mean you can go by your real-life nicknames, such as Worthless or Idiot.

Common Rules:

Description of scenes of death, gore, blood are allowed on this forum. However when describing scenes of a lewd and distasteful nature, not limited to sexual and overly-violent scenes, they must be taken into consideration and given priority though use of a rating system. See, "Rating System" in the below rules for details.
Elite Members are members who hold high-status and or a high position in their groups. Even if being a rogue an Elite Member must post at least once per two weeks to ensure that they don't lose their position and character. This also goes for Semi-Elites. Non-Elites must post once every three weeks.
Actions performed by the mods that cause any concern or that are believed to warrant a secondary opinion can be presented to any of the Gold or Silver Administrators via The Conflict Resolution Area. Keep in mind that if you are not civil and have an attitude you lose favor with the staff as we promote civil and polite disputes. Name-calling and offensive language strictly prohibited in this area of the forum.
There must be no rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or flaming attacks to Administrators or any other member of the staff. Staff are also not allowed to purposely start things with members of the site as a whole. All conflicts will be handled with the most delicate of care. Prevent your attitudes from controlling your actions on the site. If you consistently attempt to circumvent the rules or bad-mouth the staff as a whole for personal reasons or considerable whining, you well receive a Ban. If you do not like how the site is ran, you are welcome to leave, failure to choose to leave might warrant a forcible removal from the site.
Multiple, repeated postings are not allowed and will be deleted. Repeated offenses will have you banned. There are four exceptions to this rule. The Social Center, The Chatbox, Bumping of Applications [Twice every 48 Hours.], In a Training Topic [May Post Twice a Day.]
Member's avatar should represent the character they're playing. You are not allowed to use funny images, gifs, and the like in your avatar spot. If you are not going to use a image of your character or a face claim, then you will have to resort to having no image at all. Violators will have their character images inserted for them, or removed completely if they are using any other form of image.
Do not, under any circumstances, steal any applications made by others. Stealing is something we do not tolerate. If caught for doing this, strict punishment will be served immediately. Similarities are sometimes unavoidable and this we understand. Also, do not copy characters directly from anime or other popular media. This means stealing the entire identity of a pre-existing character, meaning name, personality, appearance, maybe parts of his history. You can use any appearance you wish to though, so long as you do not copy an entire character. The only exceptions to this are appearances that appear in Bleach canon. They will be denied without exception. This is not a canon RP site.
Common sense people only post in one topic at a time. You can't be in two places at once and if you can please make sure the staff knows and has approved of it before you run around everywhere.In addition to this rule, special conditions such as Gargantua Screens and other certain spying based tools and abilities are the exception to this rule, however as these are spying based tools they can not be used to physically interact with any component of said other topics. Effects such as poison or other afflictions, if power is still activated, are still in effect as you change topics as well.

Game Rules:

The person's character must act exactly like he/she described him/her/it when they submitted the profile. For example if you said your char is emo, you cannot make him run around happily. Or if he is a optimist, you can't make him kill himself. This rule can be ignored if your character has changed through character development done IN CHARACTER. After you have developed these new personality traits you must post in the UPDATE SECTION that your character has gone through this development of character. Once this has become approved by a member of staff, you may then proceed to role-play out the new personality traits of your character.
You cannot just kill another character just like that, be detailed - phrases like "I came and stabbed him in the head" or "I dodged." will be ignored and deleted if not given a lot of pretext before hand. Also, this feeds into auto-hitting. You are not allowed to auto-hit anything in the role-play for any reason. All attacks listed must be listed as Attempts. Special rules apply in special situations.
All instances of sexual role-play must not be purely formed just because you wish to read smut and lemons. Unless there is a significant build-up and clear signs of sexual tension before-hand, all sexual topics will be denied. You need a warning tag before engaging in role-plays of this nature. Furthermore, casual hooking up is frowned upon and it will not allow you to have the Of The Month Status. Couple of the Month implies Couples. Those whom form a bond and live throughout their days with that heavily having an effect upon them. Just because you have a few topics and snogged and shagged doesn't mean you are a qualified Couple.
You cannot describe other character's actions, that is called bunnying and it is yet one of the forms of God Mod. The only exception to this is however if a member wasn't on the forum for 2 days, it's allowed to described his/hers character's minor actions aka traveling with a group of characters he/she is with, also your allowed to control his actions in battle if he/she isn't available. Meaning, when two days expire for your opponent to post his response to your attack, you can connect your attack on your opponent. However you can not change an attack, nor can you proceed to connect attacks that were not issued in the post before, any follow-up actions from that point on require an additional two day waiting periods. If no hits have been issued in a battle of two people of equal rank, this can not be used for a one hit kill. Unless the opponent is weakened from a previous encounter prior and has not rested since that encounter.
You are limited to playing by liquid time on a very restricted scale, you can pull off maybe a few attacks per post but to unleashing all of your techniques or attacking too many times during a post will cause your posts to be stopped, and you will be warned to edit specific to how the staff see fit. If they feel that you are not complying with the rule and being a smart ass by having more than you should going on in a post they have full right to void and delete your entire post, causing you to have to re-work the post entirely. A screenshot of your previous post will be taken before hand to ensure your new post is written from scratch.
Be patient. Not everyone can sit on the computer all day - wait for other characters to reply. You have to wait a total of Forty-Eight hours as mentioned above, for anything to happen of consequence IC. If you are in such a rush that you can not simply wait two days before you post, then you need to prioritize your free time.
If you're going to be absent more then 2 days, you should write it in the Absence topic or report to administration, and preferably act out your character's disappearance. If you are using an absence to AVOID A SITUATION and it is caught wind of, your character will be under the subject and scrutiny of the prior rule.
Canon dimensional transportation techniques (Senkaimon, Garganta..etc.) can be used to
escape a combat topic however this can only be used Once ever Thirty Posts. If you have waited Twenty-Nine posts and then out of nowhere someone attacks you, you can use these techniques on the Thirtieth post as instructed in order to flee for your life. These posts are In Character posts and have to be kept track of via a technique cool-down reminder at the bottom of your posts. Failure to utilize this system will not count those posts to the Thirty in question. Simply state it as such. [Technique Name | Number of Posts]. For example, if you have waited ten turns already, you will post as such. [Senkaimon | 10 Posts], until the Number of Posts section reaches Thirty.
The staff reserves the right to interfere in any order of business that is seen as unfair or as a threat to the order of the forums. This means that the staff can step in on any situation and take disciplinary measures if they so deem fit, even if the rules have yet to say anything about the situation. This includes loop holing and abusing the other rules, for example. We hope to use this rule scarcely, and the staff will be in tight regulation in regards of using their rights as to avoid abuse on our side. Simply put, just try avoiding stupid things.
If you are in an IC topic and get approved for an ability/power/rank/technique, it can not be used or applied in that topic unless of course you gain it through rp in that topic. Do understand that if you were training in that topic in which you gained an ability/power/technique, you will be exhausted to a reasonable extent, this must be placed in the UPDATE SECTION before you can use them as well.
Characters found and ruled inactive can not be re-registered/re-activated for continued play as that Character. You will simply have to design a completely new character. If the previous inactive character was not erased prior to the inactivity their character becomes a victim of circumstance. There is no such thing as disappearing, doing so will allow for a Story-Based Creature to arrive and kill your character off with ruthless aggression. We show no remorse to the lazy here. Nor do we show remorse to those whom can't seem to find time to post.

Post Rules:

Your messages must be at least 100 words or more if you are not an Elite Character. One liners will not be tolerated. Also, Elites need to post at least once per two weeks, otherwise they will be kicked out of their Rank. Failure to keep up with the post word count minimum will allow the staff to edit your posts to fit the minimum. Do not feel bad if your character is found kissing a guy, and is a guy. Due to your own lack of following the rules.
You can only write in third person's side of view, without using the asterisks. (**).
Your message should contain actions, thoughts and speech of your character. Your character's thoughts are to be written in italics. "Speech and dialog are to be written in bold and encased in quotation marks.
You must always write where did you come from and to what topic you're going to go.

Elites 250 words or more per post. Don't make us have to refer back to the first Post rule.
Please, only make productive posts. All posts should do something to add content to the discussion. We hope not to have to go this far, but any one word posts that add no content will be deleted, followed by a warning. The same will go for longer posts in rare cases where the staff deems them to be entirely useless. Game topics and such are accepted to pass the time and have fun, make no mistake. But we do not want to see "lulz", "agreed" and as such popping up in the forum discussions. Certain forum games are not allowed, this includes the Counting Game, Letter Game, and any other single world games. All posts out of role-play had best have fifty words minimum. This is not strictly enforced and there are exceptions.
